Ingredients

  • Beef/chicken/mutton bones
  • Vegetables (Onion, carrot, celery, garlic)
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Bay leaves

Procedure 

  1. Rinse the bones with water and place them into a large pot full of water and slowly boil them.
  2. Add 2 tbsp of vinegar into the water to extract nutrients from the bones.
  3. After boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer for 10-12 hours. Low and slow cooking is essential to extract nutrients.
  4. Add vegetables and spices according to your choice.
  5. Let is cool, and drink as you like.
