Superfood Immune Support Powder
I am not one for supplements like this, but know we need more veggies and nutrients in our diet, so thought I would try it out and see if it makes any difference to our overall wellbeing and energy levels. TONS of great info on the website to help inform and guide you. Tastes great in fruit smoothies. I wasn't too excited about it mixed with just water or coconut milk, though. Regardless of what you mix it with, you do still taste it a little, but it can easily be masked if you don't like it. Definitely feel more energized after using it daily for the past week. Great supplement! And approved by my teenagers!
I love adding this superfood powder to my smoothies. I add just one tiny scoop of this super-fine powder and I feel more energized almost right away. I recently returned home from a road trip with my kids and was feeling super run down. After a couple days of rest and adding a scoop of Fruit of Spirit Superfood Powder to my morning smoothies I feel as good as new and in much better health. The flavor is pleasant and there is no gritty texture at all. I’ve tried a lot of powders before and so far this is my favorite. No weird texture or taste and I can really feel the difference.

I bought this green blend for my coffee protein in the morning. I wanted a blend that didn't change the taste or texture too much. I haven't noticed any difference in my smoothie, so it's great! I do have to keep stirring up my drink as it separates, but I've had to stir up all the other powders I put in there as well.
It’s hard to meet daily intake requirements for the vitamins and minerals so crucial to health and well being, but Fruit of Spirit’s Superfood Immune Support Powder is one fast and easy solution for this problem. It's chock full of nutrients from natural sources. According to their website, 1 ounce of their powder has the nutrient equivalent of over a pound of leafy green vegetables! It’s as easy as mixing a scoop of powder with 8 to 16 ounces of the liquid of your choice. Although it’s possible to mix the powder with plain water, the powder is pretty pungent (and no wonder, with all those greens and fungi!), and for me I think that would’ve been too strong of a taste. I chose to consume my powder with coconut milk. Not only is it a delicious, creamy drink base, it aids in the absorption of the fat soluble contents of the powder. Mixing the powder into a smoothie was even better as the taste was completely masked by the fruit flavors. I will say that the first time I mixed myself a drink, I used a glass and a mini whisk, but this was not enough to dissolve the powder into my coconut milk and many unappetizing clumps were still there after quite a bit of mixing. An easy solution was to use my water bottle to really give things a vigorous shake. After that, I had no problem! When possible, it’s always better to get your fruits and veggies fresh, but for a fast and easy substitute, the Superfood Immune Support Powder is a good second!
